This week we are celebrating the beginning of spring ! For this occasion, I decided to sum up the spring/summer 2017 trends.

Ruffles everywhere

Ruffles are everywhere this season. We had already started to see them on our jumpers at the end of the winter season. For spring, they will be present on all our favorite outfits. Around the neckline, on the shoulders, or on the skirts, they will be at all levels. We have spotted them on the Chloé’s catwalk, diesel and ….

As I was telling last week in my post, ruffles are this little “je ne sais quoi” that make any outfit feminine and Parisian chic.

And for the more extravagant girls, choose a neoprene dress with rigid ruffles around the shoulders.

Bright colors

Many bright colors have been seen for spring/summer 2017. It is a rainbow of flashy outfits. Fuchsia, red, blue, green and more fuchsia. Those are the colors to adopt this season to be stylish.

Pink was spotted on all the brand’s catwalks. From the lightest to the brightest hues. But the star this season is definitely fuchsia seen on Gucci, Céline, Valentino and others during the fashion weeks.

If pink is too hard for you to wear, red will always be a safe and trendy choice.

And finally blue declines in all tones as I was telling you last week.

Only one rule this season about, don’t be afraid to wet colors !

Prints all-over
